I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, so I know a good experience when I see one—and this Hilton Garden Inn genuinely delivers. From the moment I checked in, the service was top-notch. I was greeted by Alexander, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuine. His hospitality made me feel comfortable right away, which was exactly what I needed. That level of care sets the tone for the entire property, as every staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly, patient, and eager to help answer questions or assist with anything I needed. The hotel itself is extremely clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Rooms: Immaculate with fresh linens, plush towels, and plenty of amenities. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the technology is a huge plus—the TV setup allows you to easily stream your own programs from whatever service you use. Amenities: Great indoor pool, well-equipped weight room, a very nice lobby, and a comfortable outdoor seating area. Dining: Clean and convenient on-site restaurant and bar. After staying here for several days, I can confidently say this is a standout hotel. Highly recommended!

From booking to check in, service was wonderful. Isaiah helped us check in and gave me reliable information. He was a delight and so very helpful. An additional thank you to Isaiah for getting ice for my coffee since the third floor machine wasn’t working at the time. Even under construction, all contractors and staff were so polite and lovely in assisting myself and my nieces. Will definitely book here again for future visits.

Check In- Check in was nice and easy. We were offered three bottles of water but beware you are charged for the water bottles in your room unless you're a certain tier member (kind of odd...the water should just be free). Food- Breakfast isn't included which we knew but the prices were expensive $10 for Continental up to $25 per person. There are nice breakfast options nearby which we opted for. Coffee is free. Hotel/Rooms The room had stains on carpet and there is construction going on throughout which we were unaware of prior to booking. It didn't hinder anything and we didn't hear or see anyone working. The carpet and furniture in certain areas could be replaced and the pool vents on ceiling were dirty and ceiling in need of repair. Perhaps they will get to that soon. The location is next to a dead mall and looks deserted but you are a quick drive to museums which is nice. The pool has fun mini slide and things for kids which our daughter had a great time using! Service There was one guy who was super helpful the night before check out but there was another guy at the front desk who was in a hoodie and just on his phone all day , no hello or good morning.
